At Simplicity by Stanfel, we offer a variety of services to help simplify your event planning needs. Whether you are planning a wedding, birthday party or office party, no event is too big or too small to enlist our help. There are several plan packages that you will find details of below. With this in mind, we do understand that every event is different and customize each package to fit your individual needs.

Regardless of the service package you choose, the first step of planning your wedding or event, is an initial consultation. This means we will schedule a meeting for you to tell us more about your event and any expectations you have of us as your event coordinator. The goal of this consultation is to ensure we are all on the same page from the very beginning. After our meeting, Simplicity by Stanfel will draft a proposal for your review outlining the items we’ve discussed along with a contract to begin services.
Please note, initial consultations are complimentary and there is no obligation to move forward with Simplicity by Stanfel.
Full Service Event Coordination
By choosing the Full Service Event Coordination package, Simplicity by Stanfel will be by your side from the very beginning through the day of your wedding or event. Simplicity by Stanfel will help with every aspect of your event coordination including budget management, developing timelines, ordering save the dates and invitations, RSVP management, choosing vendors, event design and decor, creating the event schedule, developing seating charts, etc. We will meet regularly to ensure everything is on-track and you will also receive regular updates as plans progress.

Day of Event Coordination
Simplicity by Stanfel offers Day of Event Coordination which is meant to take the stress away from you and your loved ones on the day of your wedding or event. With this package, we will meet about a month prior to your event to ensure we have all necessary details from you. For weddings, Simplicity by Stanfel will also be present for your rehearsal. On the day of your wedding or event, we will be there to manage vendors, execute every little detail and ensure everything runs smoothly and on-time so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Additional Services Available
Have you really been to an event if you haven’t taken a selfie all dressed up and enjoying yourself? Rather than a traditional Photo Booth, Simplicity by Stanfel offers a Selfie Booth. This service includes a photo backdrop and props so your guests can take some fun selfies during your wedding or event.
If you want keepsake pictures of all of your guests enjoying themselves with photo props, Simplicity by Stanfel’s Photo Booth is a good option for you. Our Photo Booth (which also includes a backdrop and props) will also include one of our team members taking photos. We are in a digital age, so rather than printing images, all Photo Booth photos will be posted on Simplicity by Stanfel’s social media for both you and your guests to save and share.
Since decorating an event can be pricey (and many of the decorations you want, probably won’t get used again) we have a variety of decor available to rent for your wedding or event at a fraction of the cost.
